• Details of your request: mesh grade, quantity, application and your message
• The IP address and time of submission, kept for security purposes

If you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, the information you share there is handled in the same way.

Why we use it and on what basis

• Preparing your quote and replying to you: based on your consent when you submit the form, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Keeping the form and website secure: based on our legitimate interest in preventing misuse, which is why we record the IP address and submission time.

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who receives your data

Your data is shared only with the providers that host the website and run our email service, and only as far as needed to provide those services. Where these providers process data outside your country, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law are applied. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it
