We ship garnet sand from our stock in Türkiye to buyers abroad. Transport, documents and delivery terms are agreed for each order and set out in the quote.
Shipping from stock
All mesh grades are held in stock in Türkiye, which makes it straightforward to combine several grades in one shipment and plan loading dates. Each export order is prepared for the delivery point agreed with the buyer.
25 kg bags and 1 ton pallets
- 25 kg bags: easy to handle by hand, store in a workshop and pour straight into a blast pot or hopper.
- 1 ton pallets: bags stacked on pallets for forklift loading and unloading.
If you need different packaging, mention it in your request. We will confirm whether it is possible and show any cost effect in the quote.
Transport options
The transport mode depends on order volume and destination. Options include road freight, as part load or full truck, and sea freight in containers. Freight cost and journey time depend on this choice, so both are confirmed in the quote rather than promised in advance.
Documents and delivery terms
Export shipments are accompanied by standard commercial documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list. Any additional paperwork your customs authority requires should be raised before the order and is confirmed at quote stage. Responsibility for customs clearance and the point at which risk passes to the buyer depend on the delivery terms. The delivery term (for example EXW, FOB or CIF) is agreed with each buyer and stated in writing in the quote.
Practical notes for importers
- Storage: keep garnet sand dry and under cover. Damp abrasive causes flow problems in dry blasting and in waterjet feed systems.
- Customs classification: confirm the tariff classification with your own customs broker before the goods arrive to avoid delays.
- Mixed loads: list every grade you need in one request; subject to stock, several grades can travel in the same shipment.
- Unloading: let us know whether a forklift is available at the delivery point and whether there are any vehicle access limits.
